After our Vanilla ice cream sandwiches developed a local following, guests started asking for more flavors of sandwiches to satiate their sweet tooth. The rest of our ice cream sandwich line was born from this desire to give the people what they want – more ice cream sandwiches and in unique flavor combinations. Our Salted Caramel ice cream sandwiches start with our signature chocolate chip cookies, baked with teeny tiny semi-sweet chocolate chips and a unique blend of spices, and add a scoop of Salted Caramel ice cream in the middle before rolling them in a blend of sprinkles. The combination of the vanilla sea salt and slow boiled caramel in the sweet cream plays deliciously with the outer cookie, resulting in our guilt-free Salted Caramel ice cream sandwiches.
